Missy Van Licks had an issue with how this guy misbehaved. She did not like it and for what he had done, he had to be punished. That is why she chose to punish him and she did it in a way that he did not expect. He was in pain and he regretted how it all happened. He cried and begged her for mercy but he did not get what he wanted.
Mistress Van Licks and her friends wanted to get some answers from this guy. They did not intend to hurt him but he did not talk so they were fed up with him and they had to punish him to make him talk.
